Hold a Block Party for Night Out August 6
It’s fun to meet your neighbors for a simple evening block party event, and enjoy the food and conversation.
For one night in early August, the streets of Seattle will be taken over by neighborhood block parties.
Seattle Night Out is Tuesday, August 6th, and is an annual event promoted by Seattle Police and aimed at strengthening neighborhoods and supporting anti-crime efforts.
You can register your event online, or your can just hold a simple get together.

Why is the slurry seal project happening on the same day as Seattle Night Out? And yes, I’ve contacted DOT. We can’t have a block party on the same day that our street has been sealed. Please advise.
