The North Precinct of the Seattle Police Department has an advisory council. The Seattle Police Department formed Precinct Advisory Councils (PACs) in the late 1980s as one of the Department’s first community policing efforts. The goal of the councils was to have groups of citizens, who were geographically based, become more knowledgeable about law enforcement in their communities and more invested in partnering with the Department on public safety issues.
The North Precinct Advisory Council (NPAC) meets the first Wednesday of the month, except July and August. Meeting locations change from time to time Consult the NPAC blog for meeting information. Any member of the community can attend.
Minutes of the NPAC are located here

All of Seattle north of the Ship Canal is in the North Precinct, so 98115 is in the North Precinct. https://www.seattle.gov/police/about-us/police-locations/north-precinct
